LOC'D OUT New style?

Post by johnny6 » Sun Jan 29, 2012 10:48 am

DJ Craze worked out how to reedit dubstep into a more hip hop sounding track. He's going under a alias name of DRT DWG for this style he calls LOC'D OUT. I'm pretty into it so I worked on a few LOC'D OUT reedits myself. I want to know what do people think of this LOC'D OUT style?

Here's a quick 10 min mix featuring my reedits and one of Crazes.

Soundcloud

Track listing:

SKiSM - Power (Conduktor J LOC'D OUT REEDIT)
Excision - Get To The Point ft. Liquid Stranger (Conduktor J LOC'D OUT REEDIT)
Marco Del Horno - Ho! Riddim (Funtcase Remix) (Conduktor J LOC'D OUT REEDIT)
EMALKAY - FABRICATION (CRAZE'S LOC'D OUT REFIX)
Terravita - Up In The Club (J.Rabbit Remix) (Conduktor J LOC'D OUT REEDIT)
The Bloody Beetroots - WARP (feat. Steve Aoki) (Dirtyphonics Remix) (Conduktor J LOC'D OUT REEDIT)
Trolley Snatcha - Make My Whole World(Conduktor J LOC'D OUT REEDIT)

Crazes (Sorry I mean DRT DWG)'s LOC'D OUT mix is pretty savage. Which you can see here -http://mediacontender.com/2012/01/06/dj ... -volume-1/

Like I said above, it would be good to see what the people think about this LOC'D OUT style...?
