can you be arrested for this?
i don't think it would be that great though, security can't touch you after you've left store property and would just call the cops anyways

not scripted but they knew it was going to happen so they got the cameras all in place before hand im guessing.. from a uk programme called balls of steel. some other funny stuff on that show, worth checking out.

neg's "Urban Rodeo" is amazing. he puts on a cowboy hat and has to "ride" an unsuspecting member of the public. basically just jumps on their back and tries to hang on.

the hell they can't.
if you've stolen something from a store, there is nothing illegal about security chasing you off store grounds and taking you into custody.
it's more about the store's security policy. some places don't want to take the risk to their employees by letting them chase people in such a way.
