sound clips

Hi guys and gals, just wondering if anyone knows if using film/tv sound clips in tunes is an infringement of copyright?

if those tunes become commercially avaliable then most likely yes

Ok cheers Nev, lol doubt itl become commercial only my first tune, still not quite finnished yet but im loving it!

yes, unless you have permission to use them. But chances are, noone will find out. If they do find out, chances are they won't care.
