I want to use the mastering track in Ableton to maser some of the tracks. I don't want to apply it to each individual one...or export the track with it on and then add the drums(The part i don't want to master)is there any way to exclude a track from mastering?

mute the track you dont want, bounce the track down, after that solo the track you wanted unmastered and take all the stuff off the master channel then import it all into a new project

so easy.

-make 3 tracks; name them mastering, clean + out
-route clean and mastering into channel out
-route out to your DAW master channel
-route everything to mastering
-route anything you want unaffected to clean
-apply your master chain on mastering

make a bus for them. put your mastering plugin on that bas, when you go to render you can choose to just render that bus
