Intro showed a lot of promise, but the midrange wobble just kills any atmosphere you have.

Agreed with wub, wobble sounds a bit nasal-y. Maybe drop it drop it down and octave or two?

Nice! I like where it's going. I'd keep messing around with the bass, maybe still bring the higher part of it down and octave or pull it back in the mix a bit. Getting funkier for sure!
