iLL Gates is a Genius!!!

I don't know about ya'll but iLL Gates is one of the producers out there who goes beyond his call. In my opinion he reminds me of a mystical music guru who promotes nothing but the pure creation of the music in your head. This video is one of the best things I have ever watched and his words are straight up wisdom. Hope it brings you as much inspiration as it did for me

There is a lot that he professes that doesn't work for me. But there is a lot that does. What is important is that you engage in art making, the whole lifestyle of it and find what works for you. We are all motivated by different things/biochemicals/experiences/abilities/disabilities whatever, and all of us can make killer music if we engage.

The nightime is the time for me too. Little demons and fairies come out at night bro. Everyone is dreaming around you and human consciousness is in flux. That is when I experience leftbrain death. Also when my neighbors cannot deal with really sloppy nwj beats at 100db. Don't know what to do...

Morning is when I get a lot of bs work done though, when my leftbrain is just ready to munch data and tasks.
