Beat feels very empty, like there isn't much to fill in the space around the kick...snare. The kiddy vocal sample goes on a bit too long for my tastes. Not a massive fan of the midrange you've got going on, plus there is hardly any bass to the tune?

This could be massive. Maybe try jolting the beat around with the synth and adding a second synth sound to create another texture. Try Modulating the pitch with a different shape LFO or something maybe, to stop it becoming to repetitive. I think theres enough bass though, Its nice and tight!
