Vortek explodes into 2012 with his devastating debut solo EP ‘Severed Wings’ on Hypnosis Recordings. This EP is packed full of gut wrenching basslines, haunting melodies and astonishing production quality. Breaking through genre boundaries, blending dubstep with breaks and adventuring towards face smashing broken-beat drumstep, ‘Severed Wings’ showcases Vortek’s enormous amounts of talent.

Already featuring on Syrebral’s masterpiece of an EP ‘Broken Angels’ (Heavy Artillery Recordings) and the monster that is the ‘Nucleus LP’ (Atom Recordings); Vortek is blowing up in the ever-evolving international dubstep scene. He will be a force to be reckoned with in 2012…
