Is Big Apple records online store legit and safe?

It's the cynic (common sense) in me that makes me think that something is fishy about an online record store which does not list its address OR phone number.

http://apple.gemm.com/c/search.pl?for_s ... ew=CONTACT

The fact that the URL (www.bigapplerecords.co.uk does not work is also suspect.

Can someone please confirm if this site is indeed legit?

Basically, Big Apple closed last year, and the stuff which you're seeing on Gemm (which is an online selling portal for private sellers as well as shops) is the old stock.

There shouldn't be any problems with it, but check with Dubway - he bought a bunch of stuff off them recently.

Incidentally, Big Apple has become Mixing Records - do a Google for them to find the new website....

i don't know is it legal (i was wondering the same thing.. but i don't care if i receive my vynils and artists get payed - and both were true with my order)

it's true that it looks a bit risky too, but no risk no reward..
and look at their Performance
i received my vynils.. but it's your choice

i was sketched out, too, as the email i sent bounced, but then i did receive a confirmation that items had shipped...
that was 3 or 4 days ago...they oughta be here within the week.

Yeah, my email bounced too. They are also really pricey, too.

Hmmm.
