I tried googling and found some but none of them works.. I put the .dll in the usual VSTi folder but Cubase wont find them. So, anyone have one that works and is free?

Yup, I use this quite a bit. I bought the Voxengo elephant as well which sounds brilliant. Plug-ins don't look as flash as others out there but solidly built, that's for sure.

Totally 1+ on voxengo span. Great plugin, plus with the zoom, its super accurate.

Alternately you can use an equalizer with built in graphic analyser.

I find ReaEQ to be a good EQ with analyser

^ReaEQ's analyser is far from detailed though, I prefer using SPAN as well. Reapers native plugs are very very good though.
