Hey guys! Im really angry because a guy started using my artist name "I.Dot" or "Idot" some months ago.
I am using it for Dubstep for over 5 or 6 years now. I tired to talk nice and he still is uploading his tunes under this name. I dont know if Im old fashioned, but i think its a matter of respect too.
Well I allready had releases on small labels, some other tunes will be released soon on bigger labels. Does this help me in that case???
Well I hope somebody understands my problem. Help appreciated!!!!

ask him if he has any label releases. If not...laugh in his internet face.

hmmm.... I think he hasnt.. But still, he is runing soundcloud under my name (because i am using my old name "martialirie" for my sc)... and I think its just not fair. everytime somebody googles me after a party or a set, the chances to find me are reduced. See me???

convince him that "martialirie" and he were meant to be.. then trade passwords?

or you could of course, ignore it.. because he can do whatever he wants, and you already tried asking.
Also you could try convincing him that its hurting him more than you, since you're more established and he will have a difficult time gaining a following with all the confusion

shame.. if anything, change your soundcloud to something other than just idot or whatever your name is.. how about iamidot or idotbassmusic idotmusic idotdubstep idontthinkoutsidethesquare any of those could work..
