Transitional track's / fillers for set?

Post by lowpass » Wed Mar 21, 2012 10:12 am

Got a gig coming up and I'm shopping around for some new bits, can anyone suggest some good transitional track's? Just need some fillers to pad the set out a lil as it's an opening set. :corndance:

Just songs that go in between the 'bigger' tunes to help keep the set flowing (They may be simpler melody wise which helps them fit a bit better). They aren't necessarily the ones everyone's going to the night to hear but they keep the vibe flowing.

Almost sounds like you're asking for mediocre tunes which is pretty weird...

If you're warming up then just play some more mellow stuff and build from there. Kryptic Minds are often a safe bet as they release lots of tunes which are seriously weighty but not very hype.

Just mix Claptrap in and out of every other tune. Or have it playing looped constantly on a third deck. Yeah.

What genre are you playing? Who's playing after you? What other tracks do you want to play in your set? You need to take everything into consideration

Or just play Levels every other track
