Alexandros DjKevingr - Terrorism In London
Alexandros DjKevingr loves to do weird stuff while he plays and mix several sounds together. He is into tech/funky & deep house generally and cant say “no” to a very nice production even though he is not into the genre of that particular style.
Unsurprisingly, "Terrorism In London" is a demanding journey through the dark side of DjKevingr's computer wizardry. It begins with the title track—a stormy session with an eerie vocal line—but the unnerving vibe in with the countless beats, percussion and vocals which emerge underneath a hypnotic set of high-frequency whistles.
Like Silence, most of "300 Yogurts" weigh in at less than four minutes—continuing a shift away from the lengthy soundscapes. "Skg" employs cut even deeper, as evidenced in the deliciously crisp growls and vocal cascades whose sub-bass grinds away like a maniacal floor buffer. "RetroBody" stranger to ambient-oriented excursions at its most haunting when the beat drops away completely the former leads off with a dubwise bass riff that slowly disappears under a chorus of anxious, otherworldly moans.
