You could potentially use an EQ to strip most of the background stuff out and then mix it well, or google for a vocal stripping plugin - I've seen a few used fo creating acappellas. It shouldn't be too hard to strip one phrase out cleanly.

There are a few ways you could go about this with varying results.

1. Probably not possible, but some how, some way, find an original stem/vocal track from the making of the film so you just have the voice audio. Again, almost certainly not possible, so...

2. some how, some way, find the background music track that accompanies that part of the film, it HAS to be the exact same music track, line that up with the voice+music track and phase invert the just music track, this will cancel out the music and leave just the audio. Probably not possible also, so...

3. Your almost certainly stuck with a long process of careful EQing. The outcome wont be perfect, but i don't really see any other way that's realistically viable.

I've seen this posted before, specifically on loads of youtube videos. I swear it doesn't actually work - in theory it should, but I've never even had minor success even when using official instrumentals to strip the vocal.

Get the movie with an AC3 audio source, put it into VLC and switch the audio track to 5.1 or downmix to stereo L/C/R in VLC. It will bring the vocals to the front. Or solo the centre channel from the surround mix, that's the vocals. I use my audio interface for this, but there's software that will solo the channel.

The phase cancellation method does work, but both audio sources need to be exactly the same except for the element you wish to extract. For example: both the instrumental and the vocal mix from a CD single in order to extract the vocals. It will not work very well, or most likely not at all with compressed audio, or with audio from different sources.

EQing won't be perfect but I think a little bit extra from the original gives it a bit of personality. The audio on this isn't great but you can still hear some other instruments behind the vocal at the start. It doesn't need to be perfect and sometimes it's better like that.
