Yo just wondering does anyone know of any programs for Mac (lion) that can record audio straight off the soundcard? (pref to wav)
i.e anything you hear coming through the speakers.
Used to have a little program on my pc called 'sound recorder pro' or something that i used for all of my sampling..
safe

Definitely Soundflower - You don't have to use Audacity, it just happens to be a nice, free option.
I use Soundflower going into Ableton, but any DAW would work.
