Skream in '86.

But really, Mag Man. First set on the first tent i got to at Global Gathering. I saw chase and status do a dj set few months before that with bits of dubstep in but mostly dnb. Bit gutted i don't remember the mag man dj set, it was ages ago and i didnt really know much about dubstep then.. but i garentee they played "Alright"

My first proper dubstep night was a 4 hour train journey to pull an all nighter at Manchesters warehouse project. Saw Martyn first then Caspa/Rusko/Skream. That night was pretty much the reason i'm now at Manchester uni. I miss the days when i travelled to random places all over the country to see DJs and get the first train home, theres no chance i could do that now.

Thats nothing. I saw Borgore once and Youngsta was playing upstairs.. i later found out. To date its my biggest "dubstep" fuck up and probably up there with the biggest fuck ups in my life.

the 2nd dubfreaks event, was cancelled after dubfreaks set and before any one else because of droned out stnuc, smashing windows and shit. then someone got stabbed outside

Skream & Sgt. Pokes in December 2007 @ The Art School in Glasgow. Still one of the best sets I've ever seen...
