why cant I do this?

ive posted this question before but still cant figure it out. Can someone help me out step by step? Ive tried to post my tune on my signature several diff ways but I cant figure it out. ive had a couple replies in the old topic but didnt understand them

Put the URL of the tune inside a set of [ SOUNDCLOUD ] brackets, like this;

the entire url? im pretty sure ive done that and when i post, my sig tune always says not available
