Dj trademarks etc.

So I am trying to figure out a new name for producing/dj and I found a perfect one. The problem is, that it is very similar to a company name that has Pennsylvania at the front of the name and Inc. at the end of the name. I don't want to get into any legal trouble here. What's the deal with having a name similar to a company name? I realize people are constantly ripping off trademarked material/names for their own names and using them without consequence. I am safe here?

I think you'll be ok.
I've never heard of the company 'Pennsylvania Milky Pirate INC' tho.

is your name a parody of said company or could it be construed as a parody of said company?

I wouldn't say it has anything to do with the company at all.

This seems like another 'help me choose a dj name thread'
I'd like to start off with DJ CHEESETOASTIE

but it could be construed as one?
also is the business in any way related to music?
if they're in entirely different industries that usually leads itself that you're not attempting to inflict harm

The company has nothing to do with music whatsoever. And no this isn't a "help me choose a dj name" thread as I already got the name, I'm just unsure if I would get sued over it.

The company actually works with the state of Pennsylvania, government type work.

I've heard of very few people being sued over dj/artist names. Exceptions being DJ Muppetfucker and REO Speedealer
