They are now called "KillSonik" and are currently making, for the lack of a better word, "mainstream" POP-step. They went from having such a dark mysterious sound to this....
I can't hate on anyone for trying something new, but in my opinion this was probably more of a business decision for them. Do you guys think they've "sold out", ? I kinda do. No disrespect to anyone who likes this kind of music, everyone's entitled to their own opinion

selling out is not the same thing as death. there is enough hyperbole in music blogs

i think the bass is pretty awesome tbh, better than the nero original.

People change music direction; for every person who changes; someone replaces them.

Never heard much of either of their music, but it's more of a sideproject no? It's not like when Pendulum released Slam under the same name as their old stuff.

Either way it's their own music, but yeah I don't like that tune. Except for that nice Jamiroquai-ish funk stab.

It appears they're signed to MTA Records, Chase & Status's label. Which would explain the Nero remix and more commercial sound.

I love the sound design in this one, gotta learn how to do those talky basses:

I loved the stuff they did under Chasing Shadows, but I cant help but think about Spor's facebook post. I think they may have felt the same way as he did. Either way, I like their new stuff too, that girly tune is kinda rad. Wouldnt consider it mainstream though.

Completely agree, that girly track reminds me of their old style, apart all the high pitched singing which i really hate.

Completly off topic and stuff, but they used the same snare in Girly as they did in the Pacifica remix. lol, uninteresting fact of the day!
