I want to route/rewire reasons scream filter into fl studio. i think you can in reaper.
There is the general midi out + rewire way, works good for synths

what version of Reason, and what is the objective?
You can always sample a sound and rinse it through Reason's Scream4 using a sampler, then record that to a track in FL. I'm not sure if you can reverse-reWire a FL plugin's output directly INTO reason's i/o device, affect it, and route it back out through reWire. I thought ReWire only went in one direction (out) ?

I believe if FL is the master and reason the slave you should be able to route audio from FL into Reason. Never tried it and it may depend on which versions of each. So bottom line I don't know, but if you can, FL-master Reason-slave is how it's gonna work.

Oh yeah Scream 4 is more of a distortion unit than a filter, although you can get some filterish effects from it.
