Depends what you mean by "do it right" really.
If they just tried to make a traditional sounding kwaito album it would be a bit shit. The tunes played on the Hyperdub show are some crazily good UK meets SA beats.

Kode9 played that tune on Rinse last night. Said it would be out "Julyish". I'm assuming that's the EP that Scratcha talked about as opposed to the album.

Finally some original stuff depicting cyber and future beats in a postmodern environment, bunch of details like old japanese van, old bmw ona driftyard...... and lot of other things make this a great release.....
So glad DL is on there, been waiting for that one for ages (you can hear it in their Boiler Room mix from the Keysound takeover for those who haven't heard it).
