Firstly, thanks to all DSF members that listened and favourited my Outlook Festival Competition entry. I stayed in the top 10 throughout and I'm well happy with that for my first ever mix I put online.
I made this mix last month to enter the Red Bull Music Academy. I tried to go for a more Hip-Hop style mixtape feel throughout, there's a lot of genres in here as I tried to include a bit of everything that I feel has influenced the music scene we have now even in a subtle way.
100% Vinyl, some sectioned of beatmatched mixing also with some stuff I put together on Ableton.
Would be really nice to hear some feedback and I hope this lets you hear music you normally wouldn't listen to.
Massive track list on here..you'll see why when you listen to it...diverse Artists such as; Pete Rock & CL Smooth, Vivek, Fatima, Sugar Minott, RIP Productions...and shit loads more.
