Help on getting this kind of sound

I'm aiming to get this kind of wobble in Massive but I just can't get it, I've been messing around with formant layers and stuff but I can't get anywhere near it
Can anyone point me in the right direction of how to achieve this, all feedback will be greatly appreciated
