I lose much of my automation in Cubase 5 each time I save a project. Cubase overrides the automation I did with some strange automation for other things.
Example:
1. Automate filter plug.
2. Save project.
3. Load project.
4. Filter automation is completeley gone and something else might be automated, e.g. compressor ratio or reverb automation.
This happens to about ~50% of all my automation.. so it kinda sucks.
What is even more strange is that it only happens in certain projects. Some projects work just fine with automation being saved perfect.
I am using Massive, FAB-Filter and a bunch of free VSTis.
Anybody had a similiar problem? Anyone have any idea how to fix it? I would've tried the official Cubase forum.. but I never get an answer there.
