Beautiful strings on the intro and the piano hmmmmmm stunning. The mix is sounding a lot brighter than you first track, drums stand out a lot better.I would probably drop the verb on the snare or just turn the wet down a touch. You most definitely know how to put a decent tune together, also you have pretty much nailed that euphoric
feeling. In a way i think your style would be much better suited to uplifting trance or something like that because i feel there would be more of a market for your style with that type of edm.
Again another great track and the mix most definitely sounds better.

I would have to disagree with this, don't feel as if you should write a certain style to conform to trend. If it wasn't for people doing things a little differently there'd be no progression. I really like what you've done with this track.

I wasn't saying he would have to conform to a trend,i just think stylistically i could here them type of dj's playing his stuff. He has a fine fine production style that i think could go far and was just making a suggestion where he could try to take his style to maybe have a better shot at success.
I fully agree with progression in music but most people who make tunes want success and i was just giving him another avenue he could try.

I'll have to admit im not the biggest fan of trance music. I'll try and keep my style to liquid/melodic/uplifting dubstep but i'll have a mess around with different tempos and styles. For the snare, i used a few samples for it, one had reverb on already and i did add a little reverb to another sample.
So apart from the reverb does this track flow and do i need to change anything else?
Thanks

I think it flows really well, your drums are a lot more prominent. With the snare if it had reverb on it already just use a transient shaper to pull the end down a touch ot maybe some volume automation.I just think the tail is a slight bit to long but saying that it still works well.
Honestly mate its a great track and i'm really enjoying your stuff.
There is an interview with Spor knocking around the net where he says he doesn't really listen to the music he makes be it spor or feedme becuase he has a different taste yet he is probably one of the most successful dnb producers ever, just saying!

I wasn't cussing what you were saying, and I fully understand where you're coming from. It's just that I'm of the opinion that you should always write music for yourself, and if it's good music then success should come from it anyway. If you're writing music purely for success and money then you're not really being true to yourself.

Agreed, I guess it depends on what your are in it for. If the truth be told I think most of us are looking for success, I just like to think that it should come naturally. Maybe that's a bit naive ;-)

Really nice intro, lovely piano, like how the clap comes in and introduces itself, fits the mood and the vibe.. pretty nice done, why don't you try and sidechain that wob/lead? Might be a bit nicer if its got that strong sort of pumping effect. Melodies are really good though!! Love the atmos in general. Those arps at 2:10 are sweet :) Nice track

Thanks 'SKIN E' for your comments. I was thinking of adding a sidechain if i decide to do a vip remix of it.

intro and initial build up are fantastic

amazing sound and warmth on the strings.

Snare sounds a little to burried to watch the reverb. Instead of lowering thewet (cause i like the tone) just turn down the volume and layer another snare on top of it maybe a lil off the grid.

One part that urks me is the percussive plucked arp synth on the drop.. i just dont like it. personally it stands out to much. try making it a lighter hit. maybe a type of more edm sound and then turn down the fader a lil. add some delay and some verb and it should be sick at that point.
