You guys got any?

I know it's much more difficult to obtain them in the UK, but curious anyways.

I'm looking to buy a twelve gauge. It'll acruallt force to go skeet shooting more often, which is really fun.

no, and wouldn't unless the social and historical conditions had deteriorated so as to make an insurrectionary paramilitary feasible. even then, the firearm would not be my property but would be a shared resource. :D

My dad just bought a fairly powerful air rifle with scope and silencer to deal with the rats that keep eating from our bird feeder. Bit of an overreaction but I'm not moaning, have a blast shooting the shit out of my precious antique cans.

real guns are evil though obvs

I've got an air gun. No fun owning a real gun if you can't shoot it in your back yard.

99% of gun owners can't shoot them in their backyard though.

Used to shoot competitively, not on real high level.. I was happy with 385/400.
Still have a Steyr air rifle myself but I shot a light Anschutz at the range.

^ really intellectual signature you have there. Have yet to fuck bird-woman tho....

30-30's are awesome. The first time I shot one, the recoil scared the shit out of me.

I've had lots over the years. I used to collect WW2 era weaponry and equipment. Bit of an odd hobby for someone with my antimilitary type views but it's a fascinating era of history to me, and those weapons (especially the WW2 German weapons) are what the majority of firearms today are directly based on. Pretty amazing technology.

I sold them all over time though. Lost interest, and moving around a lot.
Only have a Mossberg shotgun now, but debating selling that too. I used to like shooting clay and skeet, but haven't gone in over a year. If you decide on a 12 gauge, Mossberg is the way to go. They make a very affordable one called the Maverick 88. It's essentially a Mossberg 500, I think the only difference is the forend and there is no wood variant, just synthetic.

Wow axe. That's a good looking gun. I love shooting but I don't really have the funds to get serious with it.

I just bought something affordable that is fairly accurate that I can use to plink spinners in the back yard. This one isn't mine but it's close enough weihrauch HW40.

I'd like to own one of these. FWB 300

Guns are awesome, just in that some of them are such amazingly built pieces of technology. I'd never get one for self defence, but would just for sport.
