How to make this polyphonic hook patch.....?

I have been trying to recreate this patch in fm8 and blade, I can get close but its just not as harmonic (fm) sounding. Anybody know what plug in is used for this patch?
at 1:19 when they take the fx off the hook patch you can hear it better.
also in tis track at the very beginning similar synth.
