Looks great. Mainly for live but still pretty cool.

What would you use this update for?

Think they're at 10.6.

Can get producer for $116 right now. Ridiculous price. End time deflationary spiral happening.

Purchased and registered a full version of Pro Tools 9 software—or an Avid product that included Pro Tools 9 or Pro Tools HD 9 software—on or after October 1, 2011. (register your purchase).
Purchased a Pro Tools 9 upgrade or crossgrade, or a Pro Tools HD 9 upgrade, on or between October 1–20, 2011.
If you're eligible and registered your purchase, you'll receive an email with instructions to activate and download your complimentary copy of Pro Tools 10 software.
Note: If you purchased a product that included Pro Tools LE, you are not eligible to receive a complimentary Pro Tools 10 crossgrade (you can still purchase a crossgrade though —

With FL you get free updates to each version i believe. Whereas with most daws, you have to pay for the new version. I.e Cubase 5 to 5.5 would be free, but to 6 would cost.

Updating fl studio, It depends if the new one has advantages that your current one doesnt have. I bought fl studio 10.0 producer edition a while ago, its real nice, I rather just stick with what i have and learn to use what i already have. :d

True but I would try out the new performer one on a laptop using the account and downloading it off their website and using the license, I'm not sure if you can do that though.
