Too many immature folk on here, basically. All the talk about drugs/smashing birds/doing drugs etc etc breeds an immature environment, which in turn generates immature content.

Some folk who may have good things to contribute get put off by this, as do the small majority of female users that used to frequent the hideout, and what you're left with is some sort of Dubstep themed afterschool club for all the kids that think they're cool and part of something, but in reality are just trying to engage their hitherto unseen 'peers' in some sort of online oneupmanship.

Sad really.

I tried to get a weird/interesting conversation going in here between two of the most interesting posters, sd5 and the new Heijerospook but someone didn't like that idea and the thread vanished. I didn't mean it to seem like starting fights, maybe I didn't word it right in my drunken state. I honestly just thought it would be interesting to read.

Every forum has people thinking they're badman constantly posting about all the drugs they take, its been here pretty much since the start. The difference is that there's far less chat about music these days

Honestly, snh held out for longer than other sections. There is still hilarity here, a little insight. Think the board is too lock happy though, the market place of ideas should enjoy a bit more freedom.

it happens a bunch on here. i remember the first exodus in 07

it's a good thing though. things get stale, people leave others pick up the slack

People should learn to name their threads properly
I usually command+f the names, but I have the grandest thread of them all bookmarked.
