Slime returns with another fresh slice of future music, this time welcoming from sunny Scotland the production trio
Frequent Flyers to the label. Already carving out a name for themselves across the country with a fierce reputation on the DJ circuit, their production style takes in house, garage, electro and much more besides.
'There's No Way' is a sultry little garage number with P-Funk chords wrapped around cute vocal cuts. Elements of electro drift through the percussion to add some robotic swing to proceedings, with subtle rave melodies underpinning the drops to add some gravity to the track.
On the digital flip, up and coming producer
Mr.Beeb drops a seriously uptempo refix of the original, with enough bump and flex to keep any dancefloor happy. A thunderous bassline keeps the track rolling across classic 2-step drums which will set any rave off in style.

Frequent Flyers are a scottish born and bread trio of producers that were introduced to us via Hot N Heavy's "Destinations Vol.1" with their track "City Loop". Now they are set to release a single entitled "There's No Way" on Slime Recordings, backed with a remix from up and coming garage producer and banter don Mr Beeb, who also resides in Scotland.
The original is on an R&B soaked garage tip, with chopped up vocals, 808 pings, stuttering and intermittent hats, marching snares and a synth that slowly reveals itself throughout the first half of the track before the magic happens at the drop. On the flip Mr Beeb makes full use of the original synth, layering it over 2 step beats before morphing the whole thing into something brand new that takes on a life of it's own, the synth is sidechained and pumping between a switched up rhythm and the introduction of a super low end bass line, peak time party madness right there!
All in all another quality release from Slime, with 2 artists to look out for this year, alongside Hollowlegs, a new solo project from one of the Frequent Flyers.
Preview the release below, and you can grab your copy from August 6th, Juno exclusive via Slime Recordings.
