Dubstep drum patterns are all about the relationship between the kicks, snares, and hats (for the most part).
Do a quick search on Google, you'll find literally hundreds of tutorials on how to make a Dubstep drum loop.
As for the other things you're asking, that's where artistic creativity comes in. There are literally no boundaries to what you can put into a Dubstep tune. Try something new, try something progressive, be different. That's how most artists make it big.
Unless you want to make some Shitstep and become a sheep

One of the fundamentals is that there's needs to be a wobble for the duration... Some people wobble the basses others their drums... But it needs to be there

Dude, wobbles aren't a fundamental.
I could have a straight sine sub bass sidechained or something and have complexity in the other areas of the song.
Wobbles and filth are so NOT necessary with dubstep. They have a time and a place IMO.

You're fucking trolling right? I hope so. Skrillex didn't invent dubstep at all, he just jumped on the Brostep/Electro bandwagon and got really successful.
