You mean the actual plugin? Pretty much any decent VA synth plugin will sound like that. It sounds just like normal filtered saw waves with unison and effects. The so called supersaw. If I were going to make trance leads like that on software I'd probably open up Sylenth1.

it sounds like he used a couple of presets from Sylenth1, the second lead that comes in @0:14 is definitely the Scary Monsters Lead preset (LD Screamer - Factory Bank 1) in Sylenth1 for sure.
