That's just wet reverb in a large room.

What EH said.
Most stock reverb plugins that come with a DAW should be able to provide something like this, failing that TAL do a good range if you're having a hard time finding the preset you want.

You might want to try the classic 'reverse reverb' effect at low level mixed in with main reverb, reverb that ramps in before the start of the words.Gives an otherworldly feel.

I feel like that's not reason's fault.

Just big reverb...can be done in any synth. I theorize that you can increase the ghostliness by doing some dramatic eq actions, such as resonances on certain frequencies, cuts in some places...just mess with that.

Thats the one. Just make sure you have the reverb either on a send solo'd or fully wet, then mix that back with the vocals otherwise you will be doubling up the clean vox.

Reason's standard reverb is actually pretty good.
I'll go on a limb here and say everything but Reason, sucks basketballs.

Inb4 flame war on how reason sucks because you can't use your cracked copies of massive, fm8, fabfilter, and camelphat

Yeah sounds like reverse reverb as everyone is saying, Then i would try and add a bit of chorus/phaser, you should get a similar effect.
Maybe even a really quick pingpong delay before the reverb. That would add some presence to the vocals, if your trying to bring the vocals to the foreground, otherwise reverb would cause it to become almost a background atmospheric.
