Hey all. Here's a new tune of mine called 'Atlantic Hold' - an ambient drum & bass kind of thing.

Not sure if this is DnB, seems a bit slow?
Ambient sounds are really nice, though the sidechaining is at times a bit too noticeable. Mixdown sounds a bit cluttered towards the end, like there are lots of instruments crowding the same frequencies. Vocal is nice but at times getting a bit swamped.
Also...if this is being released on a label, why are you giving it away free?

Thanks for the feedback. I'm giving it away for free because the label is more of a creative commons thing - they release their tunes for free too. My page only allows a hundred downloads so I just put it up last night to try and build up the Monday release.

Thank you for the feedback, but I'm not going to lie, I'm not sure what you're referring to as a mixdown? I just started producing like 6-8 months ago with Ableton, still trying to figure this whole game out.
