Artist Bio
Wekesa aka Marco Colocci was born in October 20th 1989 in Cattolica (Rn), Italy. He began his career as bass player and studied contrabasse since eleven. In these years he collaborated with several projects concerning different music style. The first approach with electronic music was in 2008 when he started to produce beat, inspired from hip pop, drum and bass and jungle. He experimented different styles and sounds, starting to get involved in several projects with other local artists.
In the 2010 he started to gets familiar with dustep, producing the first tracks and playing in different parties. The first Ep "Sickerz" will release soon for JopStepDivision, which marks the first entry for his own sound.
