Dis'n'Dat at Kaisaniemi Metro station (walk away from central railway station) also sells some Dubstep... not a huge selection but worth checking out!

Lifesaver is easy to find too, just hop on to the 3T-tram (from central railway station) and get of at "VIISIKULMA"-stop. (there are about 5 records shops near lifesaver, if your looking for jazz,reggae,soul,funk etc.

i know caspa, clouds, N type and L wiz are playing at a 3 day festival there, how is it can you guys fill us brits that wasnt able to attend in, give us a report.. i know i finishes tonight me thinks but stillw hats the dealio? i wanna know how things are out there.

yes tonight our 'slam it' party, part of bigger festival.
ntype,caspa,lwiz,dead-o & me.

this will be messy one! last night we had illegal raves in basement, kinda warmup for tonight. and wednesday was geiom and lwiz.. sick week!! and geiom + lwiz was mental!!

redrum's the club we have the hki parties in -- tonight is out in turku (another big city), at a music festival there ... going to be absolutely large.

redrum has really gone nuts recently. end of last year, pinch was putting down tune after quality to tune to about 60 guys, an absolutely desolate rosegarden. couple of months before, n-type played to 100 or so, if that. not 4 months later, chef's smacking the shit out of it, and the entire place is absolutely heaving, cannot move around for love nor money. every dance since then has been ramjam. big tings happening now, and an unstoppable vibe.

(not saying anything about pinch or type btw. great djs who came with great sets, just that not enough people came to see them.)

also on the 15th there is a slam it in redrum..with a special quest..mala..also our very own tes la rok and dead-o..gotta be there..i was on an event a few weeks back in tallinn (estonia) the set from tes la rok and dead-o totally blew my mind..

also on the 15th 3.5 records will be playing after mala!!!!!!

also, there's some squat party bizness going on now and again in tampere (big up sire, steppa since day! toiminto moving too) and vaasa (dumb steps boys, too large). not just hki, but spreading out all over finland. yeah.

It's been really great to witness that ramjam effect fooishbar wrote about. Major vibes too! And big ups to all Step ahead crew, especially tes la, dead-o and all those who've been responsible for making it all this BIG!

all props goes to dead-o at first place, he brought dubstep to finland. after that its been spreaded by a bunch of people, mostly after dead-o we should thank tes la rok, dead kid, sire, roko, tmu, rpk/rrimöykk.. and the list goes on.

a big thank you goes out to the people who come to the partys and make them big everytime! with out "us" it would not work.. and no big names would be coming here to make us happy

its a family thing going on, and im proud of it! so lets keep it that way!?
