Klee in Dubb is music inspired by paintings. These 3 tracks are titled after paintings by Paul Klee.
Producer Tony Dubshot invited MK-Ultra, the intense vocalist who is also an experimental photographer and video-director, as well as a music producer, to join him in this project. MK-Ultra's visual sensibility and her unique voice make Fugue en Rouge the masterpiece of this set.
Just for the record: making music based on paintings by Paul Klee is hardly an original idea.. musicians like Laurie Anderson, Fred Frith, Xu and Enrico Wuttke have all done it.
