Kind of a rant but not really...

Ok i'm nowhere near a pro at producing but i'm ok and I have a good idea so don't take this the wrong way and i'm not trying to be up my own ass! Just hear me out!
So i know for a beginner it is quite hard to get to grips with production and coming on here to get help is what you would probably think of doing first, but please please please go about it the right way. What I mean is threads like ''how do I make my drop hit hard?'' and ''what is compression used for?'' popping up the whole time. I mean come on....Read up! Don't be lazy! Go diggin through the internet to find out this stuff from places that actually teach it. There won't be anyone here that will tell you a certain thing about producing and then all of a sudden you will become amazing at it.....all this stuff takes TIME. I read somewhere that overnight success takes 15 years, which is a pretty good saying! But anyways, yeah its just some threads that are posted make me let out a big sigh and think that people aren't actually doing this whole producing thing for the fun of it anymore and really just doing it to be the cool guy of the gang who sounds like *insert name*
I'm in no way saying this in a bad tone or a ''get the fuck out you stupid noobs'' way. I'm more or less saying it in a disappointed kinda way that people don't want to get properly into it and find things out for themselves.
This is just something to think about anyways and hopefully spark some real interest into getting out there and actually learning the stuff that you want to know and that will help you. Please don't be doing this for popularity and trying to sound like someone because that wont get you anywhere.This stuff takes EFFORT, PATIENCE & TIME.
