love the way you introduce the percussion at the start as well as the vocals but it could use a little more melody.

I agree, the subs are fantastic! Love the delicate melodies woven in. I'm sure there could be some variation in the melody, no matter where you take this tune - I'm digging it!

Nice work.
In general it's sounding great but it can use some variation to the melody but imo for me the most impoirtant element is atmosphere.
Bring some sweeping pads in, brooding background, etc.
