Need ID

a friend of mine asked me to ID the tune in this vid, and now i'm in the same situation as i'm sure i know the tune but i can't seem to find the artist nor title. couldn't find an ID thread in the house forum so i figured i'd create one.
here's the tune being played out, sound is awful but you can hear the synth line:
