MONTREAL MONTHLY ANYONE?

Hi, I'm living in Montreal and have been noticing that, with a few notable exceptions, the majority of deep/oldschool dubstep artists are favouring the westcoast when they tour North America. This is particularly frustrating since I recently moved from Vancouver. I think there is definitely a market for the deeper, darker, dubbier sound here, and I have a dream of a monthly event dedicated to it. ANYONE WANT TO SHARE MY VISION AND MAKE THIS HAPPEN??
Bass Drive has been kind of lost to trap-style and brostep, and anything else that isn't house or techno seems to also be trap-dominated now (and consequently filled with YOLO/Swag drunken airheads).
I know there are local DJs who spin the true style, and I'm sure they would be supportive. Finding a club with an adequate sound system might be an issue. If anyone is a promoter/DJ/producer or has any connections with clubs, will you join me? Let's make this a reality, we owe it to ourselves and this city.
Love all around
