Interesting piece...the glitch/cuts are nice although at times they're a bit overdone...like I know it's a glitchy piece but the glitches don't have to get in the way of the tune rolling, you know?

Yeah, I get where you're coming from. It mostly bothers me in the beginning though.

Its not really a comment or criticism of this song (which is really cool BTW) but you should suggest to your friend that he makes use of more real life instruments and sounds, as they work particularly well with glitch i think (vocals, piano and cymbals especially).

He could always have the dry (un-glitched) samples layered with the wet (glitched) samples then vary the dry/wet levels during the intro so that it gradually arrives instead of being all up in the mix from the start.summersault wrote:Yeah, I get where you're coming from.
