Computer Music Magazine backissues with DVD?

I'm dying to get my hands on the Tim Healey Masterclass from CM 168, but I can't find it anywhere on the Internet, and can't get it through iPad because they don't include the DVD, and Computer Music doesn't sell backissues past like 6 mos. Anyone know where I can find this elusive vid please?

I typed in "computer music magazine 168" and the mag w/ DVD is nowhere to be found.
