LAB013 marks the arrival of Core (aka Michael Ashburner) to the Aquatic Lab family.
The devastating A-side, 'Civil War', is a ruff street-flex of slamming drums and gutter bass, featuring the raw flow of Jamakabi (formerly of Roll Deep fame) The flipside, 'Cyborg', is a pumping techstepper that merges tape-pack acid b-lines with the modern Reece chaos of techno's more recent convergence with UK dubstep.
Exclusive to the digital release are 'Bassmental' and ' Vital Nerve'; two cuts of bassline-driven halfstep that are guaranteed to smoke up the dance. The digital pack also contains the ‘Civil War VIP’ as well as a dark tribal treatment, courtesy of Shredexx.
