Do you have an internet rotation?

I often find myself constantly visiting the same websites in a looped sort of way, it goes Soundcloud > SNH > Facebook > Yahoo emails > Ebay > BBC News .... then usually loops back around. It's almost neurotic, I need to break the pattern coz i'm wasting a load of time never reading anything new..

yes i diagnosed myself with this recently, ours are similar but backwards

Used to go through quite a lot of sites regularly but then I discovered reddit, so now it's just this, reddit and Facebook for me pretty much

not many sites i go on that often tbh. i can't stand any news sites anymore. i tend to get news links/info by reading twitter, which provides me with a nice far left slant on everything i cant get in the msm

I don't have a specific order, but it's def all about the DSF/Facebook/gmail/youtube/wikipedia/assorted mental health related sites. >.> More clicking and almost nooo reading
