Following another huge single from Monstar, Profound Audio once again cements their reputation for finding and supporting the hottest new bass music talent. Bytesize recently remixed Kascade and Drumsound & Bassline Smith ft. Hadouken and his music has been cropping up in the DJ sets of Skream & Benga, Rusko, Funtcase and plenty more.
With that in mind it will be little surprise to those of us who’re paying attention that this fresh-faced talent’s debut single on New York-based label Profound Audio is packed with promises. Bytesize takes those promises and delivers a beautiful slice of euphoric dubstep that’s sure to cause destruction on club dance floors and at warehouse raves everywhere when it’s released this November.

Bytesize – Needing You
“Needing You” has already received support on Skream & Benga’s Radio 1 show and one listen to its infectious hands-in-the-air melodies and deep sub-bass will show you why. The huge sidechained build-up grows and draws you in with beautiful vocal snippets and Bytesize’s impeccable production before he unleashes the tension with wave upon wave of chest-rattling bass and stunning musicality. This is undoubtedly a highly impressive debut and a track that will garner this producer a lot of deserved attention.

Bytesize – Needing You (Infuze Remix)
Backing that up is another new American talent. Infuze recently remixed Sigma & T Phonic’s ‘Do You Love’ and produced ‘Good Love’ alongside Hellfire Machina, a track that was released on Lifted Music last year. Here he reworks ‘Needing You’ with a delicate touch, notching up the wide-open epicality of the original and infusing it with grinding, winding bassline combinations that offers an incredible alternative to Bytesize’s original. The only problem you’re going to have is deciding which mix to play!
