it's a massive compliment to the tune that people get it up thee as soon as possible, surely?

was a matter of time before it went up as a rip anyway, does a time limit need to be enforced?

makes ppl lazy. dubplates are dubplates for a good reason

people only care about the new dubs in mixes, and the lose focus on the actual art of mixing. said this in the happa thread but id rather hear a well constructed mix of old/semi current tunes thoughtfully selected with a couple of the artists tracks (released or not), versus a flavour of the moment mix full of this months hot dubs.

but thats just my opinion

plus things getting ripped to youtube straight away causes them to get rinsed before they even release. i'd rather not here about an ep until like 2 weeks before, then be totally surprised and engulfed by it.
