I'm trying to find the vocal sample that is commonly used in alot of dub tracks by megaladon,AFK,ect saying WHAT
heres an example at 1.50

It's in lots of Trap-related kits. Lex Luger, Traphaholics, etc.
You'll be able to find it easily just by searching for trap kits.

If you want something close, just sample 'Superthug' by Noreaga. Then you'll also have something with a slightly different flavor.

OP, that sample is Lil Jon & The East Side Boys
& Not just that song. All of them.
Get any of their A cappella's and you have instant "WHATs" all over the place'
Edited versions are even better, because they replace all "F*CK" with "WHAT"
