'Metro', taken from the mighty 'Ambivalence EP' (BDEM005) interested ravers and producers alike when it dropped earlier in the year. The weird, twisty, dark and operatic rave vibe and scatty percussion was and still is something very new to the Garage sound and has strong hints of Grime.

The excitement of this new sound spurred 4 different producers to create remixes of the track, which we're giving away to all our fans as part of our first remix release.

Lojt's 'Throat Chant' take on the track is a bumpy 2-Step number full of cowbell, tribal sounds and funk. A groovy baseline gets you wobbling wherever you are whilst the opera sample, a throat chant 'pad' & a chime entices you into a massive bumpy trance.

Clueless took the track into a more dirty jukey direction. Super heavy kick and quite industrial sounding percussion. HIs version of the track is definitely more of a heads-down, hoods up, gun finger number for a dark and smokey club.

Usurp's take on the track is an all out 4x4 'Twisted Techno' banger sure to get dancefloors going "WTF!!!!" Very powerful and aggressive build up leading into awesome cut up versions of the vocal sample making the track sound almost tribal.

DJ Hex turned the track into an all-out Drum & Bass rinser. Quite a stripped back version of the track essentially, but the faster tempo means it's still a highly energetic alternative to the original to fit into DNB sets.
