ableton live studio vs live 8 worth it?

I'm considering buying Ableton Live 8 and am wondering if Studio is really worth it. I'm a beginner but want to jump right in. Also what are your thoughts on using NI Massive? It's pretty expensive but seems like quite a useful tool..

Whats ableton live studio? Do you mean suite?

Edit: You should should be able to find massive fairly cheap too because everyone and their brother has a copy. I might even have an extra key lying around.

Ableton Live 8 + Massive = Deadly combination. Learn to the core and have lots of fun - you can`t go wrong! :)

Suite's worth it if you're gonna use the extra instruments a lot... so think of it that way.

suite - operator is almost worth the price difference alone.
